CARMONA

This proposal aims to use a transdisciplinary approach to understand the cultural and spatial heritage of Plaza de 8 de Marzo as the basis for designing a landscape architecture project to promote its sustainable redevelopment and renaturalisation.

The design solution aims to create a pleasant and timeless space that the building's residents can adopt as their own. The design of the plantings is defined by low-consumption species that give a rhythmic feel to all the spaces. The transition between spaces is intended to be subtle while creating private and versatile spaces.

The working methodology has consisted of identifying the current use and promoting values such as well-being, improved safety, equality, diversity and inclusion in this space.
